The Role As a Professional Services Consultant at PrimeKey, you will be guide and manage our customer integrations all over the world. You will be mainly working with our successful products: EJBCA Enterprise, SignServer Enterprise and the PKI Appliance. We also expect you to be a well-balanced individual who can support the Sales Managers with technical sales expertise and perform customer trainings. The main responsibilities include: Performing services for our customers Creating technical design documents and estimates Taking care of our customers in all aspects of their IT infrastructure Defining deliverables and quality Training our customers on all of our PKI products Creating and delivering technical presentations to new and existing customers Creating installation packages, procedures and configuring systems Writing installation and operational documentation Supporting our customers when problems arise Creating and presenting training material Keeping track of relevant industry standards Essentially you will be an integration specialist—you will be required to travel internationally and be adaptive to different cultures and requirements. It would be an advantage to also be fluent in Swedish, but it is not essential. The applicant must be a resident in Sweden or have the right to live and work in Sweden.
