The role

PrimeKey is looking for a new addition to their sales team who will take on business challenges as an Opportunity and Relations Manager.
In this role, you will be focused on qualifying incoming requests and will therefore contribute to the identification and selection of the right business opportunities for the company. You will have direct exposure and contact with potential clients and your sales team thus providing both sides with crucial support. You will also manage client contracts, which includes analysing as well as actively keeping track of them and making sure renewals for the existing customers are managed properly. The variety and dynamics of the role in an international and modern environment will deepen your knowledge of IT security as well as PrimeKey’s solutions and products.

We are looking for

You are a professional with experience in B2B or B2C sales and with genuine interest in technology and IT who is interested in creating a career in the IT security industry and wants to work towards a future in IT B2B sales. You are able to perform administrative tasks and you have good command of IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Alternatively, you have over 5 years of B2B experience in customer service or sales support and have a background in selling technical products or solutions. You thrive in a business and service-oriented role and enjoy creating long-term relationships with customers as well as colleagues. You are also an active and advanced user of IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

PrimeKey works with many international companies, therefore fluency in English and Swedish in both speech and writing is required. Post-secondary education is a requirement, preferably a university degree.

As a person you are open and driven as well as adaptable and flexible.
