Inside Junior Sales Manager

PrimeKey is looking to strengthen our sales team with someone interested in accepting the challenge of becoming our new Inside Junior Sales Manager. In this role, your focus will be on customer care and sales support. Your responsibilities will be account and opportunity management, coordination of meetings, follow-up activities and creation of quotes and offers.

About the role

You will help with the qualifications of incoming leads and will, therefore, play an important part in the identification and selection of the right business opportunities for the company. The role also requires you to manage client support contracts, which includes keeping track of and making sure renewals for the existing customers contracts are properly executed.

You will also be responsible for processing new incoming orders, ensuring that they are properly accepted and entered into the system. In this role, you will also be working closely with both the support and the finance team, making sure information about orders, payments and contracts are correctly represented across all teams and systems. Additionally, you will be absolutely vital to the success of the whole sales team, providing invaluable support both internally and externally, creating the foundation for all our sales efforts.

Background and personal qualities

You are a professional with experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a genuine interest in technology and IT, who is interested in creating a career in the IT security industry and wants to work towards a future in IT B2B sales. Alternatively, you have over 5 years of B2B experience in customer service, inside sales or sales support and have a background in selling technical products or solutions.

You thrive in a business and service-oriented role and enjoy creating long-term relationships with customers as well as colleagues. You know what good customer service means in practice and you are a natural team player. Using tools such as MS Office is natural for you, and if you have good skills in Salesforce that would be a definite plus.

PrimeKey works primarily with international companies. Therefore, fluency in English in both speech and writing is an absolute requirement. Proficiency in Swedish is preferred, but not a must. Additional languages are meriting. Post-secondary education is a requirement, preferably a university degree.

As a person, you are open, flexible, self-motivated, driven and high in energy. You thrive in a high tempo environment and you are used to having several things ongoing at the same time.
